Request an Arizona Comparative Market Analysis to determine the value of your home.
This is a service we provide to you free of charge. Simply fill in your address or the address of the subject property (if different from home address) as we must have this information to determine value.
We will use your address to locate the subdivision of your Phoenix area real estate in County Tax Records. Based on recorded sales history for your subdivision (called comparables) we can determine a relative sales price or value for your home based in $dollars per square foot. Once we calculate the $price per square foot we multiply this times the number of square feet in your house (this number is also available to us in Tax Records). This method is used in performing Appraisals and is the most accurate method for determining the value of a residential property.
